Using Twitter's “Find People” feature is the very first step you should take. This feature offers a couple of ways to locate Twitter users whom you may already know.

• Search for friends, family and customers using the feature.
• Or simply have Twitter go through your email account to hook you up with your current contacts.

To do so, simply log in to your Twitter account.  Look at the top right of your screen and you will see tiny links across the page.  Yep, there it is  . . .  the “Find People” link.  Choose the “find on other networks” tab and you can search through contacts in Gmail, Yahoo! and AOL.  While you’re there, you can invite other users you may know by email and search through the suggested users for some famous faces.
