The purpose of this form is to inform the Borough Business Revitalization Program that the undersigned APPLICANT has an interest in applying for the Design Challenge Grant. This "letter of intent" is not a final commitment by either party to undertake, nor to pay for, any renovations, but a strong indication by the APPLICANT of his/her willingness to undertake renovations in accordance with the Design Challenge Grant Program policies, procedures and design guidelines.

Borough ordinance No. 537 Provides that any person desiring to conduct, or to continue to conduct any Business within the Borough Of Wilson, shall file with the Borough treasurer an application for a Business Privilege Tax License and shall pay a fee of five ($5.00) Dollars for the initial license and shall pay a fee of ($5.00) dollars for for renewal thereof. In cases where more than one place of business is conducted, a separate license shall be issued for each place of business. The license issued shall be conspicuously posted in the place of business for which the license is issued and shall remain in effect for the license year January 1 to December 31 of the year.

NO BUSINESS SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN WILSON BOROUGH WITHOUT A LICENSE
